How We Work

Our Methodology

Every engagement starts from your actual content, not a generic template. We look at what your team produces, how it's produced, and where caption and alt-text tools fit into that process before recommending or configuring anything.

The human review step is central to everything we do. Tools are useful for speed — but the review step is what keeps the output accurate and appropriate. We build that step into the workflow so it doesn't get skipped under deadline pressure.

All written deliverables — summaries, checklists, guides — are produced in plain English, without jargon, so they're genuinely useful to the people who'll refer to them.

1. Assess

Review a sample of your actual content to understand tool fit and identify review priorities.

2. Configure

Set up tools to match your content type and volume, with a review checklist built around actual outputs.

3. Train

Run a focused training session for the people who'll use the tools day to day.

4. Document

Deliver written guides and summaries your team can use independently after the work is done.
