Which service should we start with?
If you're not sure whether caption or alt-text tools are a good fit for your materials, start with the Accessibility Tools Review (RM 490). It gives you a concrete look at your current content before committing to a setup or programme.
How long does the Caption Helper Setup take?
Typically one to two weeks from the start date. This covers configuration of the tools, preparing the review checklist, and running the training session with your team. We'll agree on a schedule before we begin.
Do we need any technical background to use these tools?
No. Our services are aimed at content and communications teams, not developers. The training session is designed for people who write and edit — not people who manage servers or write code.
Are the prices in the specification fixed or can they change?
The prices listed — RM 490, RM 1,660, and RM 2,840 — are our standard rates for each service. If your situation is outside the usual scope, we'll discuss that openly before any work begins.
Can we upgrade from the Review to the Setup later?
Yes. The Review is a natural first step, and teams often move to the Caption Helper Setup afterwards. The findings from the Review carry over, so there's no repeated work on your end.
